All players must select one of the following options in order to be placed in the pool of players to be selected onto a Fall/Winter 2024-25 CJ Hawks Team:
1. NEW Players: This includes all players who have never played for a CJ Hawks team in the past. All NEW players MUST attend tryouts.
Tryout fee: $25 if paid in advance, $35 at the door
2. PREVIOUS Players: This includes all players who are currently playing on a CJ Hawks Spring/Summer team OR players who have played for a CJ Hawks team in the past. All PREVIOUS players MUST attend tryouts.
Tryout fee: $0 if paid in advance, $15 at the door
The tryout fee does not get applied to the team fee

Central Jersey Hawks General Information
- The Fall/Winter tryout dates on this page are for teams based out of Monroe Sports Center. All practices and most games for these teams will be at MSC.
- CJ Hawks teams will be tiered based on skill level. The top 8-10 players at each age group will be selected for the CJ Hawks A team and the next 8-10 players at each age group will make the CJ Hawks B team. In certain situations based on the number of players, additional teams may be formed at some age groups or certain age groups may be combined with each other.
- Any player not selected for any of the CJ Hawks teams at their age group will be guaranteed a spot on a Fall 2023 MSC Hawks Developmental Basketball team at their age group.
